Research Program Manager

About your role:
As the incoming Research Program Manager, you are naturally passionate about research and delivering quality and meaningful work relevant to the cultural and creative industries. You are a natural collaborator and team player who is able to lead, influence, and deliver competing projects against desired outcomes.

What will you be doing?
- Managing the development and delivery of research and evaluation projects and publications
- Coaching and mentoring two Research Associates through the delivery of research and evaluations
- Working with the Director Research and Knowledge Management to develop a program of research that aligns to the Council's strategic objectives
- Managing research and evaluation projects led by external stakeholders
- Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to drive awareness on current research and to communicate research findings
What experience will you have?
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage diverse stakeholder relationships
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills paired with your ability to communicate complex materials to a range of audiences
- Exceptional analytical skills complemented by your experience in developing and managing research and evaluation projects
