The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Faculty of Engineering in the role of an Educational Designer, playing a crucial role in providing integrated education design and education innovation.

You will work closely with the broader team of educational design professionals to provide support, advice and innovation to staff across the Faculty. As the successful appointee, you will have primary responsibilities in managing projects to support assessment and curriculum design. You will provide engaging professional development for academic staff, and encourage them to showcase their excellent and innovative teaching.

The successful candidate in this role will have a postgraduate qualification, or progress towards a postgraduate qualification with extensive experience and expertise in areas relevant to the area, including, but not limited to:

• Uplifting teaching and learning in an outcomes-based education environment
• Delivering effective and engaging training for staff on leading practice teaching and assessment approaches
• Managing educational projects with multiple stakeholders using effective change-management strategies
