We're on the lookout for a School Manager to join the Monash School of Psychological Sciences and be a driving force in shaping our future. As a School Manager, you'll be at the helm, offering expert advice to our Head of the School and School Executive as we chart our strategic course. You'll set the bar high, establishing performance indicators for all school functions, and keeping us on track to achieve excellence.

But that's not all – you'll also lead and oversee every facet of our administrative operations, from financial performance to human resources, communications, marketing, research, and compliance. Your support will extend to major School initiatives, such as the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health and the Monash-Epworth Rehabilitation Research Centre, ensuring they thrive. With your strong leadership, we'll build an empowered, customer-focused team and work together to achieve our marketing and communication goals.
