Marketing And Communications Manager

Reporting to the Director, Marketing and Customer Service, this position is responsible for the development and implementation of our strategic and product marketing strategies, that deliver on the objectives of the Melbourne School of Professional and Continuing Education (MSPACE).

You'll lead, manage and inspire a team of professionals who work collaboratively across the University to leverage customer insights, create compelling value propositions and plans, develop and implement category and product marketing campaigns that drive learner acquisition.

You will consult with external service providers, as well as internal academic and professional stakeholders, to ensure that all marketing and communication activity is effective and upholds the University of Melbourne brand. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining key working relationships with staff both within the Faculty, broader University community and external stakeholders.

This is a unique role, with a blend of strategy and execution.
