- $119,198 per annum + up to 17% superannuation
To support a new major program of work regarding La Trobe's course offerings, we have established a new office to provide leadership, oversight and coordination of these activities. The office will work closely with Colleges and Divisions across the University to establish and roll out the initiatives, and will involve a broad and complex range of stakeholders and engagement activities.
This position will work closely with senior staff and stakeholders to oversee and manage program operations to ensure goals are aligned and common activities are effectively managed. You will have primary responsibility for workstreams associated with Course Architecture, online education, short courses and executive education and microcredentialing.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will possess senior experience in strategic program management, including the collaborative delivery of large-scale programmatic business change processes in the higher education context. You will have proven ability to design and lead change processes and be outcome focussed with exceptional analytical skills, as well as a proven record of managing substantial budgets.
