About the position
Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, this position will have the responsibility for supporting the Law School's Clinical Legal Education (CLE) activities, which are key strategic projects for the La Trobe Law School.
In this position you will provide general administrative services and high level customer services to staff and students to support the operations of the School. This will include acting as the main point of contact for Law/Criminology students, staff and key stakeholders, implementing and maintaining supports systems for the CLE program, actively promote and publicise the work of the CLE clinic in conjunction with marketing and provide an overall range of administrative support services.
Skills and Experience
To be successful you will have relevant work experience in a similar role within an office environment. You will possess high level interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring the provision of quality customer service to a wide range of people. Well developed organisational skills will be required in the busy and varied work environment. To succeed in this role you will also have high-level proficiency in computer software packages. Operational knowledge of the work and activities relevant to the delivery of Work Intergrated Learning Programs and knowledge of University systems is desirable, although not essential. Given the nature of this position, a high level of confidentiality is required.
