The Chief Operating Officer (COO) Portfolio is responsible for the University's budget and financial performance, and the management of its property and capital. It also delivers efficient and effective shared services in support of all aspects of the University's business.

About the role

The Student Recruitment Officer (UMEP) coordinates the University of Melbourne Extension Program for high achieving secondary school students, including through the provision of creative student recruitment activities for the program and conversion strategies to maximise undergraduate enrolments from the program. This role would be ideal for someone who is interested in supporting high school students in transitioning to the University and involves travel to high schools in Victoria and interstate to target key cohorts.

About you

As the incumbent, you will have exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills, and be passionate about process improvement and efficiency. You will be committed to customer service excellence and diligent in building strong professional relationships. Experience in program delivery is an advantage.
