The applicant will join the group of Prof Jose Villadangos within the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Doherty Institute and develop, under the strategic supervision and mentorship of Prof Villadangos, a well-supported, semi-independent research program that fits within the larger research theme of the Villadangos Laboratory. Areas of interest include, but are not necessarily restricted to: (i) regulation of dendritic cell function after sepsis, trauma and other causes of severe inflammation; (ii) T cell immunity against pathogens or cancer; or (iii) mechanisms of antigen processing and presentation. SALARY $72,083 - $97,812 p.a. (Level A) $102,967 - $122,268 p.a. (Level B) plus 9.5% super
