We are seeking a postdoctroal researcher to join the laboratory of Dr. Ashraful Haque within the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, at the Doherty Institute, University of Melbourne. The laboratory's research program aims to improve understanding of CD4+ T cell biology in vivo, across a range of infectious and non-infectious diseases models. The laboratory employs both wet-lab and computational techniques, and is currently focussed on single-cell genomics and spatial transcriptomics. This position will employ wet-lab in vivo approaches to study CD4+ T cells in vivo, with opportunities provided to develop expertise in single-cell genomics and computational biology. The successful candidate will be expected to design, undertake, and interpret experiments, as well as to promote innovation and creativity within the group.
