About the role
The purpose of this National Health and Medical Reserch Council-funded Aboriginal-led four-year community based participatory action research project is to learn how we can best provide support during pregnancy and the first two years after birth for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander (Aboriginal) parents who have experienced childhood trauma. The project is being conducted in three jurisdictions (Northern Territory, South Australia and Victoria), with key stakeholders from all Australian jurisdictions participating in co-design workshops.
The position Research Fellow / Senior Research Fellow is a leadership position within the project and would suit a dynamic applicant with a demonstrated strong record in project management experience, communication (including academic writing) and research. Skills & Experience
You will possess completion of a PhD or equivalent qualifications or research experience coupled with a record of publications, conference papers and/or reports. Your demonstrated strong leadership capability coupled with your organisational skills will see you succeed in this role. High level analytical capability with an ability to communicate complex information clearly both orally and in writing will see you succeed in this role.
