About the Role
The Research officer will play a critical part to the small team responsible for coordinating the day-to-day administration of research-related activities in the Faculty's research office to ensure a high level of administrative and operational support to the Faculty's researchers. The Research Officer will contribute to research governance and committee coordination and support, research ethics review and approval processes, research grants, research communications, research profile building and support, and selected capacity-building projects for graduate researchers.
You will have relevant tertiary qualification or combination of relevant professional experience and education/training, advanced organisation skills, high level of interpersonal skills with a demonstrated commitment to excellent client services and experience dealing with a diverse range of client services and stakeholders.
Based in the beautiful Southbank Campus of The University of Melbourne, you will work nestled amongst Melbourne's major arts and cultural organisations and venues. You will have the convenience of great transport links to the rest of the city with the serenity of the Botanical Gardens close by.
