The Administrative Officer is responsible for providing executive support to several School committees, including the School Executive and Research, Committees, MCRIP Histology, the Medical Building Bioresources Advisory Group, and the School Operations Group. The Administrative Officer reports to the Executive Assistant to Head of School and provides cover for this role when required. The Administrative Officer provides support to the School Manager and undertakes general administrative duties as required.
This position plays a key role in the governance of the School and the administration of the Head of School Office. The incumbent is required to display a high level of discretion, judgment and professionalism, regularly interacting with internal and external stakeholders as well as dealing with confidential and sensitive issues and documentation.
