Research Fellow

As part of a project recently funded by the NHMRC, the position calls for an experienced Research Fellow to examine the role of ubiquitin ligases as regulators of processes underlying cell growth, adaptation and metabolism.

Based within the Centre for Muscle Research in the Department of Physiology and School of Biomedical Sciences at The University of Melbourne's Parkville Precinct, the Research Fellow will work as part of a collaborative team examining in vitro and in vivo mammalian models using a range of methodologies including quantitative proteomics and transcriptomics, with the ultimate aim of developing novel muscle-directed therapeutics.
