The Ultrasound Education Group delivers the very successful online graduate ultrasound courses as well as the hands on iHeartscan workshops and simulator courses.

About the role

The Group Manager will lead the way in implementing strategic and business plans, meeting the goals and objectives and managing the day to day operations as well as the resourcing to ensure delivery. The position is responsible for a range of project activities related to existing courses and new course development opportunities. The manager will lead and work collaboratively with the team to secure new business opportunities, deliver projects on time and to budget and inline with the goals. The role will include collaborating with academics and practitioners on developments and educational activities.

About you

You will be a person who understands and values good leadership, has the ability to inspire the team towards a shared vision and to maximise each team members potential.

You will have experience in managing a busy team, particularly demonstrated expertise in management in the education sector, or a similar environment, including the management of events, projects and marketing.

You will have responsibility for a number of concurrent tasks and will need excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills which will be critical for this position.

You enjoy using technology to enhance business operations and efficiency.
