The position is required to provide strategic advice to School leadership in all areas of academic programs management and is responsible for the provision of an integrated service model between the School, MDHS Learning & Teaching Unit (LTU), and University Services (US).
You will lead a team of professional staff responsible for the administration of all graduate coursework programs and graduate research students, ensuring equity of experience for all students in liaison with the relevant clinical and departmental contacts. You will demonstrate leadership across a range of critical areas of university administration including: compliance with academic policy, student recruitment and retention (including monitoring and improving student satisfaction), implementation of continuous improvement and business continuity processes, human resources management, and advanced understanding of academic and student administration systems, relating to student records, learning and teaching, and load planning and monitoring.
This role will suit someone with excellent knowledge of the tertiary education sector and who can demonstrate an understanding of current local and international student markets and student engagement activities in a university environment.
