Team Leader, Customer Service (ASK La Trobe)

ASK La Trobe's fundamental purpose is to deliver exceptional customer service and valued solutions to students, staff and stakeholders.

The Senior Coordinators, ASK La Trobe will be responsible for supervising staff, driving continuous improvement, overseeing and contributing to the day-to-day operations including workforce allocations, rosters, scheduling and reporting.

Other Responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and Develop new innovative methodologies and procedures
  • Develop and improve the capability of staff
  • Inspire, motivate and mentor staff to better meet the current and future requirements of the division

  • Create solutions through innovation to provide efficiencies
