About the Role
This role is a senior position in the La Trobe Rural Health School Department of Rural Nursing and Midwifery located at the Bendigo campus. The successful candidate will be able to develop and design curriculum, coordinate and teach across the undergraduate nursing course using a variety of teaching modalities. The successful candidate will also foster a research culture by conducting and publishing high quality research and produce conference papers and publications resulting from that research. Development and extension of existing collaborative relationships with industry partners will be a key responsibility.
Skills & Experience
Completion of a PhD or equivalent accreditation relevant in this discipline is a mandatory requirement of this role. You will have proven effectiveness and proficiency in curriculum development and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching, mentoring and supervision of a range of students. Your demonstrated strong record of research publication coupled with your proven success in obtaining research funding will be paramount in this role.
In addition, your ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders and strong leadership and management skills will see you succeed in this role.
