As a Lecturer in Politics/Public Policy/International Relations, you will be expected to develop a research profile, engage in teaching activities, and contribute to the service and external engagement profile of the school. In the position, you will be required to deliver high quality publications in your area of expertise; supervise Honours and research higher degree students and contribute effectively to the service and external engagement agenda of the School. This is a continuing, full time position based at the Nathan campus.
The successful candidate will hold a PhD in Politics, Public Policy or International Relations and have demonstrated knowledge, skills and experience in teaching at the tertiary education level. You will have the demonstrated ability to deliver high quality research and publish in leading international journals and/or book presses. In addition, the person will have effective communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a collegial manner and contribute to the positive culture and aspirations of the School.
Lecturer, Level B: $94,361 - $112,057 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $110,403 - $131,108 per annum.
