PhD Scholarship in Behaviour Change

Launched in 2018 by Monash University, the Behaviour Change Graduate Research Industry Partnership (GRIP) seeks to attract and develop candidates with sophisticated and adaptive research skills.

The program is now seeking a PhD candidate to work with Safer Care Victoria, the peak state authority for quality and safety improvement in healthcare.

Safer Care Victoria has developed a new framework that seeks to empower patients as active partners in their health care. A high priority within this framework is the development of (behavioural) interventions to reduce variations in the healthcare experience by optimising equity and inclusion in hospital care.

The candidate will undertake a full-time Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) by research. The successful candidate will be expected to spend time with Safer Care Victoria throughout their candidature.

Stipend - $27,872 per year.
