The Executive Assistant will provide coordination and administrative support to the Melbourne Academic Centre for Health (MACH) Executive Director and MACH office. The Executive Assistant will be required to be highly organised, communicate effectively with a diverse group of individuals, and set priorities to assist in completion of MACH projects. The Executive Assistant is required to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and initiative and will work collaboratively within a team to support them to meet project objectives.
The Executive Assistant will promote group communication and interaction through organisation of teleconferences, distribution of relevant information through the group's email lists, and co-ordination of meetings. Executive Assistant will also provide support with regards to Board and committee meeting minute taking, and contribute to the delivery of the business proposals, presentations, and Executive Briefings.
