Asialink Business is the National Centre for Asia Capability established with a mandate from the Australian Government to help create an Asia capable workforce in Australia. Asialink Business' major stakeholders include the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Innovation and Science, the University of Melbourne and the Myer Foundation.

The Associate Director, Business & Capability Development will play a key role in designing and executing critical Capability Development projects for clients. The successful applicant will apply strong Asia business knowledge and facilitation skills to identify, develop and deliver solutions to clients. The incumbent will be expected to develop and deliver strategy for evolving programming, expanding offerings, managing suppliers and further leveraging alumni and other stakeholder relationships to ensure a national and global footprint for Asialink Business through flagship programs.
