About the role

Working in a fast-paced environment within a geographically dispersed team, the Offshore Projects and Market Operations Coordinator plays a significant role in improving business processes and practice, coordinating major international student recruitment events and engagement programs, managing on-campus visits and tour groups, supporting offshore market operations and actively collaborating with the broader External Relations and Academic Division teams to build international audience demand.

About you

-A degree in marketing, communications, commerce or another related field with relevant experience; or extensive experience and understanding of international higher education student acquisition; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education and training.

-Demonstrated ability to coordinate professional events from conception to delivery, proactively identify risks and oversee logistical aspects relating to events and event delivery with a high level of attention to detail and the capacity to respond to last minute changes.

-Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly in liaising effectively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, an ability to maintain composure and a service orientation when working under pressure, and a capacity to work with colleagues based in remote (overseas) locations.

-Understanding and aptitude for systems, online applications and administrative business process improvement, attention to detail and commitment to the effective application of regulations and guidelines.
