University Services comprises of 1,600 professional staff focused on providing client-centric and innovative services to the University. The group is providing transformational change, defining and influencing future service enhancements, and acts as a shared services function within the University of Melbourne.
About the role
Enrolment Coordinators play an important role in supporting the delivery of high quality, sizeable and time-critical enrolment services to students and colleagues from across the University. Six full-time positions are available (job share will be considered): Enrolment Coordination Team

The successful applicants will have:
- Well-developed interpersonal and administrative skills.
- Commitment to continual improvement and the provision of high-quality services.
- An ability to observe relevant University and government policies and guidelines.
- High level of proficiency using large integrated databases and standard application software such as the Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), and an ability to quickly develop competence using new systems.
- Proven ability to thrive in a changing and fast paced environment
