The opportunity

The School is seeking an innovative and energetic Associate Professor in the area of Medicinal Chemistry / Drug Discovery, to contribute to and grow in this high-performing teaching and research environment. The successful applicant will have a demonstrated ability to teach effectively in this area. The appointee will contribute to research and scholarship in their field and to the development of the profession. This is a continuing full time position, based at the Nathan campus.

About you

The successful applicant must have a doctoral degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry and/or Medicinal Chemistry and have demonstrated leadership and experience in teaching and research expertise in relevant aspects of the field.

Salary range

Level D: $139,183 - $153,337 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $162,844 - $179,405 per annum.
