About the position

We are seeking a physicist with demonstrated experience in ultra-high vacuum scanning probe techniques, who can develop a research program in atom-scale engineering of diamond, contribute to developing and delivering undergraduate, postgraduate and graduate research courses, and the promotion of La Trobe physics programs.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate clear evidence of internationally competitive research excellence. The candidate's record will be judged relative to opportunity, taking into account career interruptions for family commitments or other reasons. Demonstrated experience in teaching and curriculum development as well as the ability to supervise or co-supervise honours and postgraduate students is essential.
