About the role
As part of its growth strategy, La Trobe University is seeking a Professor of Dietetics and Human Nutrition (Teaching and Research) in the School of Allied Health, Human Services and Sport, College of Science Health and Engineering,
The position requires an experienced researcher who can provide research leadership and who values excellent student outcomes while understanding modern teaching and learning methods.
You will be expected to play a significant leadership role in optimising teaching and research excellence for the Department, leveraging other strategic investments in the area of Allied Health, Human Services and Sport.
Skills and Experience
To be considered you will have an outstanding research record in Dietetics and extensive networks with a range of researchers, industry and agencies. Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in securing external funding, as well as fostering collaborative research partnerships are essential.
This is an exciting opportunity for an established and/or aspiring research leader with ambition to grow and shape a team in a novel, innovative and dynamic research environment.
