- Level 6/7 appointment on a full-time and permanent/ongoing basis
- Salary range (Level 6): $79,200 to $83,763 plus 17% superannuation
- Salary range (Level 7): $86,801 to $96,427 plus 17% superannuation

About the team
As part UWA's Financial Services unit, you will join the Financial & Staff Resources team based at the Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre supporting the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences. The team provides high quality, responsive support to the faculty for both human resources and financial services transactions and advice.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Assistant Manager and leading a small team of up to four, you will provide a high level of human resource and financial support, advice and services across the Faculty. You will also play a key role in helping develop a high performing team culture with a strong focus on service excellence. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work across UWA on projects around continuous improvement initiatives, particularly around system and process improvements.
As an experienced leader with relevant tertiary qualifications (or equivalent competency), you will demonstrate an innate ability to use a variety of different methods and interpersonal styles to help motivate and guide teams to success, while also acting as a champion of change at all times. In addition, you will demonstrate the ability to influence and communicate across all levels of large matrix organisations while always maintaining a positive approach, particularly in the face of difficult, challenging and ever-changing situations.
