The Future Health Today (FHT) research program is a proactive digital health intervention for primary care which will redesign the discovery and management of chronic disease at scale for Victorians. The FHT program is philanthropically supported and is a collaboration between the University of Melbourne and Western Health. This position will be based primarily within the University of Melbourne, Department of General Practice but travel to Western Health, Sunshine campus will also be required. The Manager will work closely with Program Directors and the Project Management Group to develop and implement the research program and business planning processes. The Manager will provide high level support on strategic and operational matters that impact the program. They will also establish effective governance structures, processes and operational plans to ensure delivery of project milestones. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are paramount to develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholder relationships, including General Practices, Research Collaborators, Government organisations, industry and staff across the wider University community.
