Reporting to the Provost, the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Cradle Coast will be an influential and collaborative academic leader and highly effective steward of the University’s strategy in the local context, providing University-wide leadership to achieve the place-based focus of our new Strategic Directions Statement. The Pro Vice-Chancellor will work in close collaboration with the Colleges and engage with and build a strong sense of academic community and culture at the Cradle Coast Campus and lead the transition to the West Park Campus.

This position is located in Burnie for an initial period of five years. The Pro Vice-Chancellor will work full-time, combining their main Pro Vice-Chancellor responsibilities with a fractional professorial teaching and/or research contribution to one of our Burnie-based disciplines.
