La Trobe University has recently reviewed and implemented tactical steps to improve its course and subject management processes. It is now seeking to implement a strategic solution that will further improve these core operations, ease the administrative burden on course co-ordinators and academics, improve the student experience with this critical information and ensure that all compliance requirements can be met in an ongoing fashion.

About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director, Quality and Standards the Transformation Manager will work closely with the Course Management Team and Project Management Office to lead transformation of business systems and associated practices within the University (including Colleges, Student Administration, Marketing, Planning and Governance and ICT).

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will need exceptional experience leading successful business transformation programs in association with enterprise-level ICT projects, and experience of the range of educational information systems within the Australian higher education sector. Experience in course and subject management will be an advantage.

You will be able to demonstrate your exemplary leadership skills with the ability to communicate, collaborate and drive La Trobe's vision and strategic direction.

It is essential that you will have outstanding interpersonal skills which include conflict resolution and the ability to negotiate outcomes with stakeholders.

You will be able to demonstrate your experience in the delivery of business transformation programs in a complex operating environments.
