We have a full time opportunity for a Senior Lecturer/Associate Professor, Medical Curriculum Coordinator, to join our world-leading institution at James Cook University (JCU) on a fixed term basis until 31 December 2020. There is the possibility of an extension beyond 31 December 2020 depending on the approval of external funding for this position.
What you will achieve
You will have the opportunity to influence and lead the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) program by contributing to curriculum development and the teaching and assessment of our medical students. This role will focus on academic co-ordination and delivery of the Year 4 curriculum.

You will bring your exceptional leadership skills and a passion to developing the very best medical professionals in the College of Medicine and Dentistry through your extensive experience in the provision of clinical care. With a strong record of teaching you will combine this with your demonstrated people management skills to contribute to the University's strategic intent and values.
Please note that holding a current 'C' class Queensland driver's licence and the ability to travel to relevant Medicine and Dentistry locations including overnight stays and after hours work is required.
