The Role and Your Responsibilities

The Project Analyst (business) is responsible for providing efficient analytical, coordination, engagement and administrative support for the Research Services Transformation Program team. You will ensure compliance and best practise with relevant policies and will maintain strong relationships within the R&I Portfolio and other University service areas that the Program and the Portfolio interacts with. Under the direct supervision and management of the Program Manager - RSTP, the Project Analyst will also carry out critical operational activities as required by the program.

Skills & Experience Required

You will have a relevant tertiary qualification with demonstrated experience in a similar project role which covers document control, preparation of presentations, in a fast paced, high pressure environment with tight deadlines. You will have experience in stakeholder management, stakeholder needs and case development. Your excellent coordination skills, bringing people and/or tasks together to achieve outcomes will be essential to your success in this role.
