University Services comprises of 1,600 professional staff focused on providing client centric and innovative services to the University. The group is providing transformational change, defining and influencing future service enhancements within the University of Melbourne. The HR Assist Adviser is a member of the HR Services Team which sits within the Finance and Employee Services portfolio.

About the role

We have a great opportunity available for a Human Resources Adviser to join our team within HR Services.

You will have an HR generalist background with experience supporting internal and external clients across various service channels.

You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions to improve HR processes that benefit the University community.

About you

You will be passionate about Human Resources and enjoy working within a diverse group of people at all levels of hierarchy and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Providing a high level of customer service will be a strength of yours partnered with excellent communication and you will thrive in a fast-paced and high volume work environment.

A working knowledge of Themis, PageUp and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
