The WIL Compliance & Administrative Officer is responsible for the coordination of a range of administrative tasks for the School, your primary role being in relation to ensuring students meet pre-clinical compliance requirements for their Work Integrated Learning (WIL) activities. You will also undertake other tasks related to WIL placements as required.
You will be responsible for the processing and tracking of documentation for a range of new and existing pre-clinical compliance requirements. Your role will have a strong focus on the coordination and maintenance of quality systems and processes. The WIL Compliance & Administrative Officer will be an active participant in service improvement initiatives across the School.
Skills & Experience Required
You will have demonstrated experience in providing high quality administrative services, and undertake tasks according to procedures with an attention to detail. You will have a high level proficiency in computer software packages and previous experience with the management of WIL programs would be highly advantageous. Furthermore your ability to work independently, to problem solve, to maintain confidentiality and to respond appropriately to sensitive information and situations will be essential to your success in the role.
