The Role and Your Responsibilities
The project manager is responsible for management of projects which are aligned with the annual operating plan of the College of Design and Social Context. You will manage the development and delivery of project outputs, monitor progress and report on project statuses. The project manager provides strategic advice and high level support to the Senior Manager, Planning and Operations, and works closely with critical stakeholders to ensure that projects meet agreed objectives. You will work closely with academic and professional staff to optimise College operations, inform design decisions, document future structures, develop business cases and manage and support the detailed design and implement projects.
Skills & Experience Required
The successful candidate will have highly developed project management skills coupled with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic priorities and outcomes against firm timelines. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to conceptualise, develop and deliver innovative solutions. Relevant experience in a tertiary environment will be highly regarded.
