The School of Design comprises the disciplines of Industrial Design, Digital Design (including animation, games and interactive design) and Communication Design.
The role and your responsibilities
The Coordinator, Administration is responsible for providing high quality administrative support to the Dean and for delivering to a range of administrative and operational tasks that support the school more broadly.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will bring to the role your extensive experience in a senior administrative/operations support environment. Your highly developed organisational and planning skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks will be critical to success in this role. Furthermore, key to this role will be your excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. Your demonstrated capacity to work independently, show initiative and exercise discretionary judgement will be essential.
A tertiary qualification or equivalent education in business is preferred or equivalent level of experience in a similar role. Relevant experience in administration, preferably in a tertiary education environment is desirable.
