About the position
This position supports the Early Signs Monitoring to Prevent Relapse and PrOmote Wellbeing, Engagement and Recovery (EMPOWER) research project, a study funded in Australia by a collaborative research grant from NHMRC (an in the UK via the NIHR). The project is developing and piloting a SmartPhone app and associated care pathway designed to pick up early warning signs of relapse and support people living with schizophrenia.
Skills and Experience
- Completion of a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline, and evidence of participation in higher level study relevant to discipline or professional area.
- A lived experience of mental ill-health and recovery.
- Ability to assist research participants in their use of the EMPOWER App and information generated by the App.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people from a diverse range of backgrounds.
