About the role

We are seeking an experienced university administrator who has a passion for the wellbeing of students. This continuing role provides equity and disability advice to students at Melbourne Law School. The Graduate Services Coordinator (Wellbeing) liaises with students and manages student data and records including administrating extensions, special consideration and alternative exam arrangements. The role also liaises extensively with academic staff and professional staff to ensure students are supported by a foundation of strong policies and processes to enhance their studies.

About you

Our ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree and experience in student administration and pastoral care roles within the University sector. They will also have very strong administrative and organisational skills that will be crucial in managing this demanding workload and will demonstrate excellent written and communication skills on a daily basis.
