There is an exciting opportunity available in our faculty for a dedicated individual with exemplary communication and multimedia skills. As the new Multimedia Support Officer you will play a crucial role in supporting the initiatives of the educational designers by consulting with staff on the best methods for producing multimedia learning resources to uplift the engineering teaching and learning experience.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, supported by a high level of digital literacy. You will be expected to contribute to the development, implementation and review of the faculty’s teaching and training initiatives, so strong organisational skills and experience in audio and visual media production are vital.

Reporting into the Senior Educational Designer, you will provide gripping, informative training for teaching staff in order to achieve high quality learning resources for the best possible student experience. Your goal will be to support staff in the production of multimedia resources in order to effectively engage students on platforms such as Moodle, YouTube, Alexandria or other systems.
