The role and your responsibilities
The Academic Services Coordinators share responsibility for supporting the effective management of academic administration across all programs, modes and locations for the College of Business. The position work across the full range of academic administration activities associated with the student life-cycle including admission, credit assessment, enrolments, assessment and student mobility. You will be required to oversee the provision of timely and accurate information, advice and service to students and other clients of the College of Business.
Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will bring to the role expertise in the coordination and delivery of administrative services in an education environment. Your ability to work effectively with colleagues within and beyond the immediate work unit and your commitment to quality and continuous improvement will be critical to your success in this role. Furthermore, key to this role will be your proven ability to work independently, use initiative and prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding environment with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance.
