Salary: $98,775 - $117,290 p.a. plus 9.5% superannuation

The Mental Health Research Program within the Department of General Practice is seeking to appoint a Trial Coordinator to an exciting and challenging new role.

You will be responsible for the implementation of the Primary Health Network Mental Health Reform Lead Site Project, funded by the Australian Government Department of Health. The Project involves a large, multi-state trial of a new model of stepped care for mental health in general practice. You will support and advise the regional coordinators at Primary Health Networks (PHNs) across three states, who are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the trial. You will ensure the trial is conducted according to protocol, monitor progress and report to stakeholders.

The role will suit someone with primary care research experience who excels in negotiation, catalysing change, building cohesive teams, and managing multiple demands and competing deadlines.
