The Role and Your Responsibilities
The Industry Fellow, Wealth Management will have an important leadership role in embedding industry and community expertise into the activities of the School through development of the curriculum, delivery modes and business networks. The incumbent will make a significant contribution to the delivery of academic programs and be actively involved in teaching, research, consulting, promotional and other professional activities. The incumbent will be required to develop high-quality networks across RMIT and within local, national and global communities while advancing scholarly, professional and/or research capabilities. The Industry Fellow, Wealth Management may have responsibilities for program management.

Skills & Experience Required
You will have demonstrated the ability to coordinate, prepare and deliver courses at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, including the development of high quality curriculum teaching and program materials, and the ability to implement innovative approaches to student-centred learning and quality improvement in the required fields of expertise and have demonstrated ability to support student issues related to effective learning. You will have established track record and recognition within the discipline area or profession evidenced by industry links, relevant publications, development of new research initiatives, competitive research funding and a record of achievement within the community, professional associations and government agencies. Furthermore your demonstrated understanding of, and commitment to, financial, governance and quality management systems within a university will be fundamental to your success for this role.
