The role and your responsibilities
The Associate Lecturer/Lecturer - Industry Fellow is expected to contribute to the teaching efforts of the School, within the Pharmacy discipline. You will be responsible for carrying out teaching activities within undergraduate, Masters and Graduate Diploma programs and for maintaining and advancing their scholarly, professional and/or research capabilities. The successful candidate is expected to actively promote the program by establishing and maintaining memberships, links and partnerships with academic, industry and professional communities. You will work collaboratively and collegially with fellow academics within the teaching team, and update colleagues and students on developments in their subject area or specialisation. The Associate Lecturer/Lecturer - Industry Fellow may be responsible for course coordination.

Skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will bring to the role your expertise to prepare and deliver courses at undergraduate and post-graduate levels, including online delivery, and the ability to produce high quality curriculum or program materials. Your ability to undertake course coordination role and administrative activities in the Discipline will be critical to your success in this role. Furthermore, key to this role will be your capacity to work effectively with and to negotiate sensitively with students especially on issues related to effective learning. You will have an emerging track record and recognition for research or scholarship within your discipline and profession evidenced by industry links, publications, development of new research and teaching initiatives, competitive research funding. A PhD or equivalent in relevant field or enrolment in a higher degree or is required
